Refunds and Cancellation

You can cancel your membership at any time from My Stories or by emailing hello@unsungbiblestories.com. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Monthly memberships renew every month and annual memberships renew every year, at the price shown when you joined, until you cancel. We email you a reminder 7 days before each annual renewal.

If you are not happy with an All Access or Church & Group membership, email us within 14 days of the purchase or renewal and we will refund it in full.

Monthly payments are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time so you are not charged again.

If you were charged in error or charged twice, contact us and we will refund the charge in full.

All memberships are digital. Access starts as soon as your payment goes through. Nothing is shipped.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
