Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to run your account and membership. We do not sell your information, and we do not show ads.

Account details: your email address and a password, which is stored in scrambled (hashed) form so no one can read it.

Membership details: your plan, its status and renewal dates.

Payment details: Stripe handles all payments. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe shares with us your name, email, the last four digits of your card and your billing history.

Messages: anything you send us by email.

We use cookies only to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

To run your account, give you access to the episodes in your plan, process payments, send account emails (sign-in links, receipts, renewal reminders) and answer your questions. We will only send other emails, such as news about new stories, if you choose to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

We use a few trusted providers, who handle your information only to provide their service to us: Supabase (accounts and login), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting and video and audio delivery) and Resend (account emails).

Accounts are for adults. Children may watch with a parent or guardian, but we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We keep your account information while your account is open. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@unsungbiblestories.com. Deleting your account ends any membership on it.
